American Intelligence Corporation

AI infrastructure for systems integration

The American Intelligence Corporation builds artificial intelligence technologies for the United States of America.

The United States of America has some of the most exquisite technology in the world.

And some of the most antique.

Much of our military and industrial systems are from the last century. Data is siloed across these systems, and the traditional systems integrators that promise modernization often charge millions while underdelivering real capability. So, operators are forced to reconcile systems by hand, detracting them from their core missions and jobs.

The AIC Platform has developed a reimagined technical approach to systems integration, leveraging state-of-the-art artificial intelligence.

Traditional systems integrations regularly fail.

Our critical industries and Government groups are saddled with crushing technical debt and thousands of systems that do not speak to each other.

The urgency to modernize systems is self-evident, yet these integration projects still regularly run behind schedule and over budget. So, despite the billions spent across public spending and the industrial base, Americans continue to spend hours every day manually reconciling information across systems and completing paperwork.

Every hour a servicemember spends reconciling systems is an hour not spent training for the next fight.

Every hour a shipwright, machinist, or technician spends doing the same is an hour of production lost.

Broken systems and cumbersome processes directly inhibit the industrial capacity of the United States of America, and the readiness and lethality of our military.

  • ECSS

The Air Force tried to replace more than 200 logistics systems with one. Seven years of work produced no significant military capability. The Air Force canceled the program in 2012. The Senate investigation called it egregious mismanagement.

    over 7 years

  • DIMHRS

The plan was one pay and personnel system for all four services. Twelve years of work never became operational. The department canceled it in 2010. The chairman of the Joint Chiefs told Congress the program had been a disaster.

    $850M

    and nothing delivered

  • DCHRMS

One records system for the department's civilian workforce. The scope was one year and $36 million. Eight years later, the program was $280 million over budget and still not ready. The Pentagon canceled it in 2025.

    $316M

    scoped at $36 million

  • NMRO

Predictive maintenance software for the fleet's ships and aircraft. For five years, the systems integrators over-engineered it until it was unusable. The Navy secretary terminated the contracts in 2025.

    $568M

    in contracts terminated

  • GCSS-MC

One logistics backbone for the Marine Corps. The first attempt burned $93 million before a restart around Oracle. The estimate grew from $126 million to $442 million for the first increment. The increments meant to follow were never funded.

Systems modernizationshould be easy,

the AIC Platformmakes that possible.

Two year projects completed in two weeks.

Integration technology years ahead of the competition. Why it's faster:

Connect any system

The platform immediately connects to your existing systems, databases, APIs, and files exactly as they are. No data cleansing or migration is necessary, so integration starts on day one and carries none of the implementation risk that kills modernization programs.

Custom ontologies

Agents read your data structures and build data-specific and workflow-specific ontologies. There is no one ontology to fit your data into, so automations begin on day one. This approach is better in every way over traditional systems integration: it crushes implementation timelines, reduces cost, and provides maximal customization and flexibility.

Automation infrastructure

Automations are validated with thousands of checks before deployment into secure cloud sandboxes. The entire infrastructure is designed to be maximally secure, fast, and interoperable with any system.

Use cases

America’s war machine starts with construction, manufacturing, the defense industrial base, and the systems that support manning, training, and equipping the force. Before we can project power or achieve operational impact, these critical foundations must work together.

Military

Personnel, training, readiness, and logistics data live in separate systems at every echelon. The platform connects those systems where they run, so readiness reports, daily briefs, and mission analysis build themselves. Staffs get their hours back, from headquarters functions to maritime industrial operations.

Defense Industrial Base

Primes and suppliers run different ERP, MES, and quality systems, connected by email and portals. The platform links the thread from contract to delivery and assembles priorities, supplier status, and compliance evidence automatically. No one chases data across companies.

Shipbuilding

A yard plans in Primavera P6, buys in SAP, models in Teamcenter, and tracks trade work in spreadsheets. The platform connects schedule, ERP, and PLM data as it is, and keeps work packages, material, and availabilities aligned. The yard modernizes without stopping work.

Construction

A project runs across Procore, Primavera P6, e-Builder, and the owner's systems. The platform connects them and checks change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications against schedule and budget as they land. Every party works from the same numbers.

Built secure

The AIC Platform deploys as lightweight, containerized services across commercial cloud and federal environments. Automation workloads run in isolated cloud sandboxes with tightly controlled access to data. Model inference is routed only through endpoints approved for each deployment, and rigorous logging enables administrators to audit all human and AI actions. Customer data, intellectual property, and outputs created with the AIC Platform belong solely to the customer.
